Applying for Camp
Printed applications for Rainbow Camp can be received from the Camp table at Grand Officers Nights, and Grand Assembly, or they can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
With the application is a packing list for your camper. Please go over it well in advance to ensure your camper has all the necessary items for a week away from home.
Also with the application is a page of Important Camp Notes, by signing the application, you agree that your have read and accept all Camp rules and requirements.
After we receive your application and deposit, you will be mailed a green camp health form. This form comes from the state of Massachusetts, and we legally cannot keep any girl at camp without that form completely filled out along with a copy of a Physical from within the last two years. If you are worried about trying to schedule a doctor's appointment to get a physical, both Urgent Care and Minute Clinic, offer walk in summer camp physicals, either of them is just as acceptable as a doctor's office visit.
If this is your first year coming to camp you will also need to fill out a photo release form, which can also be downloaded at the bottom of this page, returning campers have their photo form stored at camp and do not need to fill one out again.
On the first day of your camp session, bring the filled out green medical form, a copy of your insurance card, any medication for the week in it's original container, and a photo release form if applicable with you into registration. Any girl who shows up without these requirements may have her entry into camp delayed or denied.
